# Legal Entities

In this tab you can see and manage legal entities.

To create **a new legal entity**, click on the plus sign or hover over it and click on** Add Legal Entities**. After you have done that, a new row in the table was created.

In the new row:
* Fill in a proper name for a new legal entity.
* Check either **Yes **or** No **option to set a new legal entity **Active /** **Inactive**.
* Click the **Save button** (**Floppy disk icon**).
* Your new legal entity has been created.

| If you wish to **add a new branch** to an existing legal entity, click **coloured branching button**.
| If you wish to **edit an existing** legal entity, click the **Pencil icon**.
| If you wish to **delete **existing legal entity, click the **Trashcan icon**.
