# Payroll Report Codes

* With **Payroll Report Codes** you can better identify on what type of day the shift was worked and give employees **Extra Pay** rate for different day types and also for **Overtime**.
* Give Code name to a specific time period and its **Extra Pay ratio**. This ratio will be applied on a Standard Pay x Extra Pay basis.

| Example: You want to give extra 20% pay for time worked on Sunday. To do so, you will have to type number 1.2 in row Extra Pay and Sunday column.
