# Recover a Forgotten Password

###### If you have forgotten your password, please do the following:

* On the home page, click the **Forgotten your password?**

* After clicking, you will be redirected to a password recovery page where you will be asked to enter your **login name**.

* Once you have filled in your login name, click on the **Get password** button and go to your email inbox where you need to **confirm** your password reset request.

* After confirming your request, you will receive an email with your **new password**.
