# Requesting Time Off - Mobile App

* Click on the round button " **+** " and select the **Absence **option. (Figure 1)

* After clicking, the absence request page will be displayed. (Figure 2 left)
* Select the **Type** of absence you wish to request.
* Select **Duration** and a calendar will appear.  (Figure 2 right)
* Click on a specific day to select it as the **beginning of absence**, click on the next day after that to select the **end of absence**.
* Click **OK** in the top right corner of the screen to confirm your selection.
* To select only one day, click on the desired day and confirm with **OK**.
* To add a note to the absence request, click on **Note**, type a note in the text box and confirm with **OK**.

* Click on **Document** to upload a document to your request in 2 ways: take a picture with your mobile device's camera or by selecting it from your device's gallery.
* If you have filled in all the necessary information, you can confirm the absence request with the blue **SAVE** button. (Figure 3)

* You can see all your absence requests in **My Time Off**. (Figure 4)
