Create a Time Tracking Activity

The list of Activities is common for the entire company. It allows for better cross-department comparisons.


To create a new Activity, follow these steps:

  • Configuration
  • Activities
  • Add New Activity

Clicking the option will open the

  • Name your Task and set a activity code
  • Default rate - optional, can be modified later
  • Set the rule for the Activity - if it can/must/cannot be added to a project
  • Check Active, or come back to this screen later to deactivate a Activity you don't want to use anymore.

Click Save and repeat for other Activities you wish to create.
