Delete an Employee

1. Work Calendar Settings


  • On Main page click on the Employees.
  • Using filters find specific employee and click on sign-in name or icon of **pencil **to display the employee detail.

  • In the left menu click on Work Calendar Settings and create new calendar by clicking on „ +New “.
  • Select type of calendar „ Termination of employment “ and date since the employee does not work and click Save.

The employee can not have any closed Timesheets or Time Offs in the period after Termination of employment.



2. Deactivation of Employee


  • In the left menu click on the Employee settings and tick off the Active checkbox to deactivate the employee.


Tick Off Active


  • After tick off click Save.
