Attendance - Adding and Editing by Manager
In addition to having an overview of current attendance, managers also have the option to add and edit attendance.
1. DAILY ATTENDANCE OVERVIEW
- In the menu, select Attendance **> **Mass Approval (Figure 1, No. 1)
- The overview of employees' daily attendance will be displayed
- There is a filter available where attendance can be filtered by Client, Project/Site, Employee, Organizational unit and Time period (Figure 1, No. 2)
- The plus icon (Figure 1, No. 3) is used to manually add attendance for a day when an employee was not scheduled to work
2. MANUAL ADDITION OF ATTENDANCE - ACCORDING TO THE EMPLOYEE'S SCHEDULE
- When you click on a day with zero attendance, a small **plus **icon is displayed next to the schedule (Figure 2)
- Clicking on the **plus **icon will bring up a form at the top of the screen to enter attendance based on the employee's work schedule, with the pre-filled form (Figure 3)
- **Save **the attendance
3. MANUAL ADDITION OF ATTENDANCE - OUTSIDE EMPLOYEE SCHEDULE
- By clicking on the large **plus **icon in the top of the screen (Figure 4), a form for entering manual attendance will appear (Figure 5)
- This way you can easily add attendance for any employee even on a day when they don't have a scheduled shift or add a different shift than planned
- Fill in the required fields, especially Project, Employee, Activity and Time of Arrival
- There is also an option to add a note (e.g. forgotten card, unrecorded arrival beep, etc...)
- **Save **the attendance
4. EDITING ATTENDANCE BY MANAGERS
- To edit attendance records, we start by expanding its details by clicking on the **arrow **next to the attendance record
- In the details, we can see individual records, i.e., time intervals of individual activities
- Next to each interval, there is an option to Edit. By clicking on it, we can modify the **duration **or **activity **(Figure 6)
- **Save **the attendance record after editing.
