Employee Configuration

There are a few different options available to you if you wish to enter company employees into XperienceHR.
By clicking on the + sign on the right of the screen you will see three options - Create New User, Import Employees and Employee Export.
Alternatively you can prepare an excel spreadsheet with all employees and import them into XperienceHR.

We suggest using email addresses for login, although it can be different.

Employee Export

Go to Configuration
Employees (tab at top)
+ sign
Employee export – from the employee export screen you can edit your report to your needs
Create report, this will create an excel sheet that will download to your computer ready for the next stage -> Importing

Employee Import

Return to the employee page

Employees (tab at top)
+ sign
Import employees
Choose file
Follow instructions to match up the employee settings on the left with the drop down options on the right

If you want to notify your employees that they were created and added to the system for the first time -> click Notify
If you are moving current employees from one area to another then they won’t receive any notifications as they are already in the system.
