Settings Notifications

In this tab, you can see and manage your XperienceHR notifications.

Notifications are turned on/off with the on and off switch next to their name.

Once you turn notification type on, you have to create a new settings profile so that notification can work to your needs. This is done by clicking the plus button under the on and off switch. You can have multiple settings profiles under one notification type.

If you need to edit an existing notification profile, click the pencil button under the plus button.

Creation / editing screen:


Notify each - From the drop down menu, select either specific day in a week or just day for the notification to be active everyday.

Send the notification at - From the drop down menu, select an hour.

Show on dashboard - If checked, this notification will be visible on dashboard.

Send email - If checked, this notification will be sent as an email.

Except if already done - If checked, this notification will be muted if the task has already been done.

Timezone - From the drop down menu, select the timezone in which this notification should be active.

After setting everything up to your needs, click the Save button and a new notification profile will be created.
If you need to delete an existing notification profile, click the trashcan button under the plus button.

Note that these are master switches for reminders.

Also note that Approve Time Off Reminder and Approve Expenses Reminder are turned on by default and are not editable or deletable.
